Peaq designs and supplies custom team kit. The studio handles the entire process from initial brief through two design rounds, sample-pack sizing, production, finish, QA and delivery.

## Process (5 stages)

1. **Brief** — Club name, sport, squad size, colour direction, crest file, sponsor file. Sent via the homepage form or email.
2. **Quote** — Live quote from the configurator. No payment required at this stage.
3. **Design rounds** — Two rounds of revisions on real-template mockups (not flat graphics). Free re-vector of the crest if needed.
4. **Sign-off & sizing** — Sample pack ships for sizing before production starts. Sizing email back from the kit coordinator with one row per player.
5. **Production & delivery** — 3–4 week production. Box arrives sorted, ready for the squad.

Total end-to-end timeline: typically 5–7 weeks. Aim to start 8–10 weeks before season opener for a relaxed process.

### Sizing
After design sign-off, a small sample pack ships (typically one shirt and one pair of shorts in a couple of sizes). Squad tries them, kit coordinator sends back a sizing list, full run is cut to that list.

### Mid-season replacements
Held on file for 24 months. Single-piece reorders, no setup fee, ship in 3–4 weeks.

### Design rounds
Two rounds of revisions are included as standard. We don't go to print until you sign off.

### Artwork ownership
