The plain version. These terms apply to enquiries made through peaqsports.co.uk and custom kit orders we agree with you afterwards. Anything that isn't covered here is handled in the email thread we have with you and the spec we sign off together.
The configurator gives an indicative price based on standard pieces, finishes and squad size. The price we confirm by email is the price we honour. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.
We iterate the design with you until you're happy. There's no hard cap on rounds. We move to production once you sign off in writing (an email reply is fine).
Production runs 3–4 weeks from sign-off and payment. We'll always flag risk to your dates before we start. Delays caused by sponsor logos, supplied artwork or sizing decisions on your side push the schedule by the same number of working days.
Standard terms are 50% on sign-off and 50% on dispatch, by bank transfer or card. We can flex for schools, charities and corporate buyers — ask in the enquiry.
Free standard UK delivery on full-squad orders. Single-piece reorders ship at cost. International orders quoted on request.
We work from a fit guide tied to the actual fabric and cut. The kit coordinator confirms a row-per-player size list before production. Once production starts on confirmed sizes, re-sizing a piece is treated as a paid replacement at the standard per-piece rate.
If a piece is faulty, misprinted or damaged in transit, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it at our cost. Custom-printed teamwear is exempt from standard distance-selling return rights, but the consumer rights to faulty-goods replacement always apply.
The artwork is yours. We keep a working copy on file so reorders are easy. If you ever want to take the design elsewhere, we hand over the print-ready files at no charge.
Our liability for any claim is capped at the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
